Céline Henne

My main areas of research lie at the intersection of pragmatism, epistemology, philosophy of language, and philosophy of science. My current research consists in developing a pragmatist framework for conceptual engineering. This is part of a larger project which consists in developing a pragmatist epistemology for what I call "framing inquiry".

Before coming to the University of Toronto, I completed my PhD in History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Cambridge, and my master's degree in Philosophy at the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris & Lyon).
